Below are just a few common questions we get, but please feel free to contact us if there is anything else we can answer!
How long is a trail ride?
Our trail rides are approximately 1 hour long. The time may differ depending on the comfort level of the riders.
How much does a trail ride cost and are there group or child rates?
All trail rides are $100 per person. We do not offer a different rate for groups or children.
Is there a weight limit?
The weight limit is generally 220 pounds, however depending on the height of the rider it could be more or less.
What should I wear?
For your safety we require closed toed shoes, and we recommend you wear long pants that you are able to stretch in.
Can two people ride on one horse?
We only allow one person on the horse at a time regardless of age or size.
Is there an age limit?
We do not have an age limit, however all riders must be able to mount the horse and sit up right with limited assistance. All riders under 13 will be led by an instructor.
What is our address?
We are conveniently located just west of Atlanta. For the safety of our horses and other animals we do not provide our exact address until we have confirmed your booking. For a point of reference we are 25 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Camp Creek, 30 minutes from Downtown, Atlanta, and 40 minutes from Buckhead.
How do I pay?
We will contact you after you submit your booking request online and collect a 50% deposit over the phone. The remaining balance can be paid in person with card, cash, or mobile pay.
What is our cancellation or refund policy?
Once your booking deposit has been processed it is non-refundable, however rides can be rescheduled 24 hours before the original scheduled start time.
What happens if it rains?
As long as it is not sever rain, lightening, or flooding we can still ride if you are up for it. If not, your ride can be rescheduled. Only deposits made with an out of state card will be refunded due to weather.
